Welcome to the International Naginata Federation Home Page! The International Naginata Federation is responsible for the development and administration of modern naginata around the world. As such it conducts seminars, runs tournaments, conducts ranking examinations, and generally fosters the development of naginata while maintaining the rigorous standards of the art. The following countries are currently members of the INF: Japan United States France Brazil New Zealand Belgium Holland Sweden Australia Germany Canada The INF sponsored the First International Naginata Championship Tournament held in Japan in the summer of 1995.
